ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. By participating, customers agree to
these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "Season of Power & Joy" Vendor Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
Central Time (CT) on December 1, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025
(the "Promotional Period").
PROMOTIONAL AREA:
The promotion will only be available in the following Elliott Electric Supply stores.

HOW TO ENTER:
Customers with accounts in good standing with Elliott Electric Supply will earn one (1) entry for every $100 in
ABB/Thomas & Betts products purchased on a single invoice at participating stores' counters or Will Call areas between
December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
There are no limits to how many entries a customer can get per day. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal,
state, and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Entries will be tracked by Elliott Electric's Marketing Department. Eighteen (18) Grand Prize winners (three (3) from each
participating Area) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received in accordance with the terms stated in
the giveaway. The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided or collected at the time
of entry. Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not
received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond
within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed
or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner
may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize: Approximate Retail Value of the Patriot 24" Outdoor Fire Pit is $325 (there are eighteen (18) in total - three (3)
for each host area). Odds of
winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the
"Season of Power & Joy" ABB Promotion. Fulfillment of customer's chosen prize is
not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to
supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply's control. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are
responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error. Neither employees
nor direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply and ABB are eligible to participate.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
